Now when you email photos, they go out at 800×600 instead of 640×480. Also, the EXIF data including proper geolocation data is all there! So when you upload to Flickr, it will show that it was taken with an iPhone, and the date, exposure, white balance, etc is all retained. Finally!

So since iPhone update 2.1, my Snapshot of the Day project just got an upgrade. Win!

The new iTunes Genius function is really a piece of work. You give it a starting point, and it will pick out songs that are like it and put it in a playlist. Basically, it’s just like Pandora, except it works with what you have. If you’re like me with a monstrous music library that has done nothing but grow over the last decade, some things tend to get lost. [..]
