I feel for you and your strong opinion on this. I think you are missing what this is which might bring more insight to why you might want this. This is a show stopper and I use that loosely because that is what it is. This is for showing things. Showing your photos to people that are over, yes we can do on iPhone,iPod Touch and whatever else. But, I have this happen to me all the time, no one wants to sit down on my computer and view photos. They want them in their hands or on a TV. Bigger is better in this situation. Second, image waking up in the morning sitting down for breakfast without going over to your computer and check Facebook, read a digital version of the news paper, check emails. These are all fast things to do and yeah you can do on your computer but I think having the device in your hand at a table makes alot more sense then always walking over to a computer. Third and this hits home for meh. I spend 1-1.5hrs a day on a bus. I love watching videos on my ipod and listening to music, but I crave more. I want to surfer the web, check some RSS feeds, read some, watch something. I'm limited to what is already on my ipod or I have in my backpack. The ability to on the fly get this content, well that opens a lot of windows for meh. This is a good write up for someone that has everything, but for us normal people this is a good get.
