Back in May I read a story about Jaime Livingston who took a Polaroid every day from March 31, 1979 to October 25, 1997 when he died of cancer. His friends took and sorted them all out and posted them online for the world to see and share in his life. Inspired, I began my own “Snapshot of the Day” experiment. [..]

Now when you email photos, they go out at 800×600 instead of 640×480. Also, the EXIF data including proper geolocation data is all there! So when you upload to Flickr, it will show that it was taken with an iPhone, and the date, exposure, white balance, etc is all retained. Finally!

So since iPhone update 2.1, my Snapshot of the Day project just got an upgrade. Win!
